1. The assistant’s duties are quite varied. They include sales assistance, procurement, and e-commerce, with procurement being the main responsibility
2. The starting salary is not high
3. You must first work as a contract employee for one year; only afterward can you be converted to a permanent position based on your performance and receive benefits such as annual leave and bonuses for the three major holidays
4. There is no overtime pay
