and have inherited the kind of hierarchical mindset associated with the poor culture of Taiwanese companies.

They expect employees to work during their off-hours (but do not require it),

and the company lacks professionalism in many areas,

making it impossible to evaluate employees’ work results accurately.

Overall compensation is on the low side, and the HR policies are poor for a startup,
