The job shared was “億元資本股份有限公司—Bakery Management Trainee.”
The boss was fairly talkative. He answered every question.
The interview was conducted on a busy main road with people constantly passing by. The boss apparently did not have the authority to decide the salary directly and still had to discuss it with the store manager?? It was presented as recruiting a management trainee, but the boss pointed out that there were apparently no plans to open new branches in the next few years. Recruiting a management trainee??? Black question mark.
The company originally started out selling beauty and cosmetics products and had been operating for many years, but the bakery it invested in surprisingly offered no benefits at all. That’s a bit ridiculous.
