High salary
The PMs set specifications haphazardly, and the information is never provided in full. Even when you ask them for it, they sometimes hand it over reluctantly. Version management is chaotic. They ask for responsive layouts every time, but the only screen size they ever provide is 1920 * 1080. Being on call 24 hours a day would be bad enough, but they also hold meetings at 18:50 after work to report the day's progress, dragging out your workday. More than half of every meeting is always employees making small talk. I heard salaries aren't very high anymore either, so that means the one advantage is gone too.
