Colleagues get along well.
1. The boss does things entirely according to personal preference, does not respect professional expertise, and considers anything not done his way to be a problem.
2. Makes careless promises to clients.
3. Severely understaffed; one person has to handle the workload of four or five people.
4. Does not respect employees and even insults them to their faces.
5. Job duties are frequently changed according to the boss’s preferences.
6. Particularly fond of holding meetings, but they consist only of the boss explaining at length how he thinks things should be handled. After several hours of rambling, the issue still has not been resolved.
