The company has a sound organizational structure and is one of the world’s top 20 ODM/EMS companies, offering salaries at the high end among companies in central Taiwan. Although it is located in the rural area of Caotun, Nantou, it has many outstanding talents from various places (they are just relatively low-key). Overall, the atmosphere is harmonious, and the company has abundant resources. The common areas inside the company were recently renovated, with billiards, table tennis, and Xbox available. The activities organized by the employee welfare committee are also quite good!
The management styles of the bosses in different departments vary greatly. If you happen to encounter a boss who is conceited, stubborn, unwilling to listen to good advice, and uses their authority to bully employees, there have even been cases of people resigning within their first week. The company values long-serving employees, and may tolerate mistakes in a misguided attempt to create a harmonious atmosphere. Transportation is not very convenient, and the area around the company is all farmland—people accustomed to living in cities may have difficulty adapting. Before joining, trust your impressions from the interview and ask current employees about the company; otherwise, you may have to wait until you have been employed for two years before getting an opportunity to transfer departments.
