Two cute fat cats
.
Regarding the interview
After I entered the company, HR had me fill out a few forms with basic information. The forms even asked what I thought about life planning. The company’s two big fat cats were the only highlight. There was fur everywhere, and the area near the meeting room even had a litter box that smelled pretty bad. The whole office used air freshener dispensers, but the scents were uneven and somewhat unpleasant. Most importantly, it was very stuffy, and the air circulation wasn’t good.

Regarding the job
I feel that everything in the company is controlled by HR—it just depends on whether she likes you. I was disliked (I don’t understand why they still asked me to come to work). Then, at noon on my first day, I was fired for a strange reason. They said, “Oh, your attitude wasn’t very good on your first day, and when you ran into problems, you didn’t ask questions.” (Did you see me asking? What are you talking about?)
Then she kept going in circles and targeting me, trying to make me leave. Of course I wanted to defend myself. I told her, “Uh, I did ask.” And when there’s a problem at work, shouldn’t you first look for a solution yourself, and only ask someone if you still can’t solve it? That way you don’t keep troubling people, and you’ll also remember it better.
She also said I was talking back to her. Yet she hadn’t explained the salary clearly either (the boss said that with serious effort, getting up to 30,000 would be no problem; I only found that out later), but she didn’t tell me anything. She wouldn’t even give me a direct answer about whether there would be a raise after the probation period. A company whose salary can only afford to be 25,000—yet it still expects to be treated like royalty? I advise anyone who doesn’t get along with HR not to stay even after observing the workplace. She only likes extremely obedient and quiet women.
That’s all. I hope this helps more people avoid being humiliated by low-paying companies and wasting their time. Good luck to everyone looking for a job!
