The following explains
After I applied for a design position through a job-search website, the company asked whether I agreed to take an online test.
I agreed, but it took the company almost a week to send an email explaining the test content.
By the time they replied a week later, the applicant's enthusiasm had probably cooled as well.
Moreover, both of the company's replies were sent outside normal working hours (even as late as 10:30 p.m.).
Are they unable to handle emails during normal working hours?
Seeing these various signs, I got the impression that this was a sweatshop-like company that does not value job applicants.
After seeing these circumstances and hearing some rumors, I decided to pass on this company.
