I was invited by HR to an interview. I spent nearly two hours filling out basic information, taking tests, and waiting. After interviewing with the supervisor, I was told that I was not a match for the position—in other words, the job description posted on the job bank was different from the actual duties. The interview ended in less than ten minutes. I guess I was just used to pad HR’s performance metrics. It felt really awful~
