The office carpet is very impressive.
The interview begins with tests on language, arithmetic, and spatial reasoning. The manager conducting the first interview and the manager in the second stage had completely different perspectives. The first began commenting on what qualifications you had to be suitable for the job, and then used the test scores from earlier to criticize your shortcomings. The final stage was an interview with the manager, who only asked whether you had any questions. When I asked about benefits, he said there were not many benefits here, and there would not be menstrual leave or anything like that. The year-end bonus was even less certain! The Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival might come with gift boxes or something similar, but in short, there are no bonuses! Their biggest form of protection is two health checkups a year! Perhaps the work is very demanding and they are worried about employees becoming overworked or something⋯ There is no fixed end time, which is somewhat frightening.
