During the interview process, I clearly stated that I was looking for higher compensation and benefits, and I also clearly told the manager and HR my minimum expected salary. The figure was very average for the tech industry. They also emphasized that they only have 12 months of salary, although the average is 18 months. In the end, when they called, they offered an extremely low amount. Is this a traditional-industry salary?
