Sharing about this interview for a telephone interviewer position:
1. The business manager who conducted the interview was very nice.
2. The workplace is in a building at the intersection of Minsheng and Minquan Roads in Kaohsiung.
3. Regular working hours, no overtime, with a one-hour lunch break.
4. There is a training system.
5. There is a travel allowance.
6. Senior telephone interviewers earn over 36,000–40,000.
1. Salary during the first three months for new hires: 19,000 + 2,000 (new-hire allowance); commission depends on the number of cases.
2. Job duties: Make calls to confirm whether people qualify for agricultural insurance benefits. If they do, the company assigns business personnel to assist them in claiming the subsidy and then charges a service fee. If they do not qualify, no service fee is charged.
3. Every other week off (Sundays are always off; Saturdays in even-numbered weeks are off).
4. Upon exiting the elevator, you can see the nameplates of all the companies on that floor. Chengzheng Enterprise is also listed there, but I do not know why its name was written on a piece of white paper and then attached to the nameplate.
5. The industry category on the job bank website is listed as food wholesale. I do not know whether the company has other investments, as I did not ask further.
Whether a job is good or bad depends on one's perspective. I did not take the job because I felt doubtful about the job duties. Although the interviewer said the company is legitimate and that a lawyer also has an office there, I could not shake my suspicions, so I imagine I would not have stayed in the job for long.
