On the surface, HR seems very enthusiastic,

but in reality, there are the following drawbacks:

I was stood up once after arranging a time with HR.

During the conversation, I felt like rolling my eyes several times.

They asked some irrelevant questions and then talked a bit about their own thoughts.

As soon as one stage of the process ended,

they immediately asked when I could start working.

What on earth??? (Are they that short-staffed? Do they need someone urgently?)

But the environment looked really bad.

The noise and odors from manufacturing, such as electric drills, were very strong.

There were lots of tiny bits on the floor that looked like parts, as well as many wires and some strange things scattered around (it felt like I could trip at any moment).

It seemed like the office and manufacturing areas were in the same environment?
