Pros
Overtime and leave for on-site personnel comply with the Labor Standards Act.
The colleagues are all very nice.
The salary is low, but because the company is short-staffed, the job is relatively stable.
Cons
The salary is extremely low, almost just the base wage.
The raises are small.
Frequent overtime is guaranteed.
New colleagues are the most likely to make mistakes, yet there are always new colleagues joining.
The company is business-oriented; no matter how many mistakes are made, the business team is never at fault.
