1. The salary matches the information provided on the job-search website and can be reached after including overtime pay. In other words, overtime pay is provided and will not be withheld.
2. The boss sometimes suddenly invites everyone to eat and treats them.
3. The company fully reimburses fuel expenses for business scooters.
4. The boss’s sales abilities and the boss’s wife’s retail-store sales abilities are both excellent, and there is a lot worth learning from them.

1. Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Once or twice a week, you need to be on duty until 7:00 p.m. Even on days when you are not scheduled for duty, it is also easy to work past 6:00 p.m. If you are scheduled for duty that day, overtime pay will be calculated. About twice a month, you need to work a Saturday shift from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2. The lunch-break system is not transparent. They say lunch and rest time is from 12:00 to 1:00, and two people will be scheduled to take a break and sleep (the other people must remain at their workstations and are not allowed to put their heads down on the desk). However, because the company habitually orders meals together and then sends someone to pick them up—and often does not order or pick up the meals until after 12:00—if there happens to be a customer, you cannot take a break, and there is no compensatory time off. On Saturdays, only two people are on duty, so there is practically no lunch break.
3. There are occasional company activities on holidays that require attendance. They may be building-materials exhibitions, one-day company trips, or company dinners. Some people consider this a benefit, while others consider it a drawback. I consider it a drawback! It takes up a lot of personal time.
4. The boss is good at business, so he needs to be informed about every case. If there is a problem you cannot solve yourself, you can ask him for advice. He will teach you, give you his judgment and approach, and ask you to carry it out. If you do not follow his method, however, he will express considerable dissatisfaction with you and bring it up in meetings for everyone to review.
5. They place extremely strong emphasis on separating the issue from the person, but you will find that the person is actually a more significant influencing factor.
6. You need to be very good at obeying.
