The management department only makes grandiose promises, does superficial work, and engages in infighting; turnover is extremely high. The IT department is full of people who bluff their way through and collect a paycheck. The interfaces they design are extremely difficult to use, and the programs are not maintainable. Be prepared to clean up the mess if you join.
