The drawbacks mentioned here are all real, so don’t assume otherwise. At first, I thought I wouldn’t need to work overtime as often as people on the forum said, and believed I would be efficient enough to finish each day’s work that day. In reality, I often worked overtime until 8 or 9 p.m., and even had to keep checking messages on my phone during holidays. The work itself isn’t difficult, but the people making decisions usually don’t make them until the last minute, so those handling the backend work end up exhausted.

For administrative positions (e.g., accounting, procurement, management, human resources, etc.), you should be mentally prepared for frequent overtime and having to handle urgent matters on holidays. The company’s turnover is too high, the processes are chaotic, and the SOPs are not very well established. Working here is not only emotionally draining but also mentally exhausting.

The information the company asks candidates to fill out during interviews explicitly mentions that work may also need to be handled on holidays, so this is true! If you are not prepared to work overtime, please don’t stubbornly assume you can come and try it anyway.

However, the company treats people with professional skills better (e.g., design, technical roles, etc.), so these positions may be worth trying. (That’s just my personal impression.)
