HR kept calling me. After I declined the first time, they called again a few weeks later asking me to interview, which made me wonder whether they had completely forgotten that I had declined... I thought I might as well help them meet their performance targets and get it over with. The interview process was not very well organized. After the hiring manager left the interview, they said they would ask HR to come back and speak with me, but they actually forgot, leaving me waiting for 30 minutes. When I couldn't take it anymore, I called HR's extension... only for HR to say that no one had told them the interview was over. It was a terrible experience.
