1. The company does not pay labor insurance premiums for its employees.

2. The work has no clear goals or plans.

3. There are petty people at the company who are brainless and like to backstab others and speak ill of them.

4. The company goes back on its word; the boss does not keep their promises.

5. They say there is a guarantee of 14 months’ salary, but it is only stated verbally and is not included in the employment contract. I heard from long-term employees that there was no year-end bonus last year.
