The interview is basically a direct-sales convention.

Then they use all kinds of sales pitches to paint an overly rosy picture—for example, calculating the monthly salary based on one day off per week to make it look like a lot.

In reality, with the normal two days off per week, it’s probably just the statutory minimum wage.

It’s a group interview, which is really just going to listen to the interviewer’s presentation. The interviewer was very slick.

Unless you’re completely desperate and have no food to eat, don’t go put yourself through this.
