1. You can apply for a meal allowance when working overtime.
2. No one monitors you when you go to the restroom.
1. Overtime must exceed 2.5 hours (including a half-hour meal break) before you can apply for overtime pay (this already violates the Labor Standards Act; the supervisor said that finishing the overtime work is only to be expected).
2. Long-serving employees speak very bluntly.
3. Some administrative departments will engage you in conversation to elicit information, distort it, and then pass it on to upper management.
4. Salaries are not adjusted very often.
5. Some small cliques are actually in conflict internally but maintain a harmonious appearance on the surface.
6. The company is divided into two systems: one is the profitable traditional-industry side, which can arrange things for the unprofitable departments, and they are governed by two different sets of rules. Benefits and systems differ.
