Pros
1. The base salary is quite high
2. The people above are willing to teach
3. Leave is relatively easy to get approved; they do not make things difficult
4. There is no overtime pay, but there are bonuses instead (provided that you stay for a while and the manager of the group you are assigned to is willing to share them)
Cons
1. There is no clocking in or out
2. The base salary is higher than average, but there is no overtime pay, including for working on Saturdays and Sundays
