The three founders are all graduates of the Department of Computer Science at National Chiao Tung University, so they have a certain level of technological knowledge and technical ability.

The young owners are all very dedicated and easy to communicate with, working hard together with the employees rather than acting superior and merely giving orders. They are somewhat like friends with the employees, so there is less of the unreachable feeling associated with big-name company owners.

The small company is not very well known.
