Pros
The salary is decent.
Cons
Management is backward, and the thinking of the veteran Taiwanese managers is also outdated. The entire company is essentially one huge family workshop. It has managed to survive in this era. The boss is quite capable in business.
Taiwanese managers should not expect an easy ride; there are no fixed working hours, as the boss said at the time.
