Everyone has left—what advantages are you talking about?
Agreed. Everyone here flatters the supervisors; it’s a place where as long as you know how to flatter and make people sick, you’re considered a good employee. Yet none of them have any real ability—they only know how to talk, especially at the subsidiary skincare brand DR.CINK, where it’s even worse. All the brands under New High Bridge are terrible. Menstrual leave is limited to only two hours. After three months, once you become eligible for performance bonuses, there is no overtime pay, yet employees are required to clock out in advance. I was inexplicably notified that I had to clock out first before working overtime. When requesting personal leave, they ask you to disclose every detail of the matter. It’s a company with an extremely high turnover rate; none of the colleagues who left stayed for more than three months! As far as I know, no one stays for more than a year.
