Too overly enthusiastic and aggressive in pursuing business, to the point that they are unable to properly assist job seekers; excessively profit-driven; self-righteously believing they understand every industry; unable to evaluate job seekers' qualifications and backgrounds; and, most importantly, lacking even the basic etiquette for treating others and handling matters.
