1. The workload is heavy; one person is made to do the work of several.

2. The salaries offered are very low. Some people only make 22–23K a month—how are they supposed to live?

3. You start work at 8:30 a.m. and leave under a “responsibility system”—meaning you leave only after the work is done~

4. When RD design changes cause rework on the production line, people often have to work overtime. RD is never required to review its own mistakes; the Manufacturing Department is always the one being criticized.

5. When materials are delayed, QC is pressured to inspect them quickly, then the warehouse is pressured to replenish them quickly, and then the production line is pressured to finish the work quickly. If it cannot be completed, you get the “benefit” of working overtime～～

6. The manager whose name starts with H always loves yelling at people and constantly says that the subordinates are the problem.

Even within the quality assurance unit alone, a large number of people have already left. There is absolutely no self-awareness; it is always that others do not understand this manager—and then the manager gets loud about it.

7. Engineers work extremely long hours. They claim it is a “responsibility system,” yet require employees to start at 9 a.m.; normally, getting off at 7–8 p.m. is considered early. The pay is not particularly high, but they still expect you to work until you are exhausted.

8. The year-end lottery is also divided by area and seniority. Even though a lottery is held every year, only employees with greater seniority can draw the better prizes. Then senior employees who win in the first area can continue winning prizes in the second and third areas as well. In other words, one lucky person can win prizes in all three areas. There is no fairness at all~

9. Employees have to organize groups themselves for company trips. If you want to go with people from the same department, it is basically impossible~ So most people simply give up.

10. Employees even have to subsidize club activities~ It is terrible; some activities also require traveling a very long way.
