The boss’s personal preferences are the main reason people come and go. The turnover rate is extremely high. The company frequently lays off employees, dismissing them for reasons that do not match the facts, and deceiving them with claims that choosing to be laid off might leave a record. As a result, many employees choose to resign voluntarily (although in fact, no record would be left). Laying off employees without cause to save on severance pay makes this company excessively欺人太盛.
