The benefits are pretty good, somewhat like those of a civil servant, and the year-end bonus is fairly high.

For newcomers, the starting salary is around 30K or just over.

The biggest drawback is!!!

A large company with absolutely no credibility and no sense of shame whatsoever!

After giving you a verbal offer, they turn around and screw you over. If they were going to keep looking for a better candidate while having you as a backup, they should have said so from the beginning. Why waste the interviewee’s time and energy?

In short, my experience was almost exactly the same as that of the poster in the link below—I was screwed over by this company.

I just want to remind anyone who sees this later: you must receive a formal email offer before you can feel reassured. Otherwise, keep interviewing.
