Pros
The senior staff member I interviewed with was nice.
Cons
1. The HR representative's attitude made me very uncomfortable, and the manager wasn't even there at the scheduled time? They had to ask a senior staff member to fill in.
2. There were many tests (creative drawing and logic tests), and I also had to submit an assignment.
