亞星通股份有限公司
Pros

The team has a very strong sense of collaboration. It has to be—one person can't handle a client alone. You need the graphic designers, media buyers, sales staff, and planners to discuss and make improvements together in order to run the ads well.

The company's various PJs (similar to an employee welfare committee) are also pretty good, because they're planned by frontline employees, so the proposed initiatives generally receive high satisfaction ratings.

Also, coworkers I wasn't originally familiar with later became good friends.

Cons

Because you aren't working alone, sometimes you have to wait for your teammates' firepower support. If someone on the other side is slow, the execution of the entire project suffers. I don't want teammates who are pigs...

Like other Japanese companies, the desks don't have partitions—they're completely open and flat all the way across. There isn't much privacy.
