The environment is acceptable and spacious.
01. After I went in, the interview manager talked more about video editing and 3D/2D, but the position was for a web visual designer, which did not match the job description.
02. The interview manager's attitude was acceptable at first but became arrogant later on. When asked how project revisions would be handled, he said that designers need to be able to withstand pressure and should figure things out on their own. This gave me the impression that he was not inclined to guide subordinates.
03. During the interview, he repeatedly and excessively praised the taste of the company's upper management. Combined with the second point, this may indicate that he is not an easy supervisor to get along with...
04. During the interview, he asked about the reason for my departure. The supervisor's reaction was rather gossipy, repeatedly probing for inside information about companies I had previously worked for. I personally felt very uncomfortable about this.
