The company is upfront that there is no shortage of overtime opportunities. At the end of the interview, you can tour one of the plants for observation.

The position I interviewed for (production line operator) was interviewed directly by the Administration Department. During the first interview, I did not know which plant I would be assigned to. Although the plants were broadly introduced (sheet metal, injection molding, painting, motors, assembly, etc.), the plant assignment is determined entirely by the production line’s internal staffing needs.

As for overtime, during the peak season, from January to May, there are three hours of overtime, and attendance on holidays is also required. There is less overtime during the off-season, but basically, overtime is the norm. There is no concern about running out of opportunities for overtime.

Retirement contributions are insured based on the basic salary. Although they stated that the full salary would be higher than the basic salary, the salary structure and overtime pay were explained vaguely.
