The colleagues at the grassroots level are generally friendly.
1. Perhaps 80% of the management lacks logic and cannot distinguish between levels of urgency and importance.
2. The boss and supervisors decided to shut down the entire department suddenly, leaving many people caught off guard and laid off.
3. The company culture is extremely poor and does not respect professionalism. There is a lack of professional division of labor; whenever something needs attention somewhere, people are assigned to fill the gap. Even if it is outside your area of expertise, you have no choice.
4. There is a huge disparity in salaries; people at the same position and level can have a difference of NT$20,000–50,000.
5. Management (including the boss) only likes to hear flattering words. Those who talk nonsense and paint grand visions can prosper, while those who express opinions that differ from theirs are considered to have different ideas from the boss and are dismissed. They are constantly firing people and hiring newcomers, and the company never improves because it is busy training new employees every month.
6. I completely agree with the person below: The boss is short-sighted and focused on immediate gains. Even though the products are incomplete, they are already eager to pursue other investments and development.
