The interviewer was a Japanese manager who asked very detailed questions, including whether I had clear goals for my career development.

They really care about employees’ development—I learned a lot (although, as a recent university graduate, I still don’t know what the future holds for me ^^").

The atmosphere was warm and friendly, unlike the rigid atmosphere of typical Japanese companies—not bad at all.

Being interviewed in Japanese was quite stressful. My mind went completely blank for a moment—“惨” is the only word to describe it!
