I went to an interview last week.

Before going, I was a little worried after reading other reviews, but I felt much more at ease after actually interviewing with the interviewers (one Japanese and one Taiwanese).

Compared with other large Taiwanese companies, there seems to be less of a hierarchical relationship.

It felt like a matchmaking session XDDD.

The focus is on equal discussion, which was a plus—I felt respected.

After the interview, they even walked me to the entrance.

They were so friendly that it felt like I had gone to a hot spring resort in Japan? Haha.

Overall, I had a very good impression. They seem to place great importance on their employees.

If I get the job, I would consider working there.

The questions were quite difficult.

They asked questions that other companies usually would not, such as my future career development and whether I had opportunities for growth and challenges.

It felt a little vague.

However, it was also helpful for planning my own future.

Also, there are about two or three rounds of interviews, which feels quite cautious.
