The interview starts with a test, followed by filling out basic information. An HR representative then comes in to learn about your personal experience and family situation. The interview ends within about 10 minutes. If you pass the first-round interview, you will be notified by phone the next day to schedule a second interview with the supervisor.
It feels inefficient and like a waste of time......
