Pros

I originally didn't intend to leave a comment, but someone came to defend the company, so I'm replying~

The advantages are just as the previous commenter shared: the boss comes into the office late, and there are company dinners about two or three times a year. The boss lets employees choose where to eat~

The company hierarchy is flat: aside from the boss, there are just employees. In other words, if you take good care of the boss, you'll be very happy at this company, you tyrant~

Cons

The salary is simply 23K. Regardless of your degree, it's 23K. A tiny bit more after passing probation—I think everyone knows what that means.

As for whether the boss is stingy, in all fairness, that's a matter of opinion. However, there's no denying that the boss is clever: spend a little to save a lot (keep salaries very low, but let you choose the restaurant for company dinners).

I've been away from Leon for several years now, but I still keep in touch with several current or former coworkers. Everyone agrees that the problem is that you can only afford to hire monkeys when you're paying peanuts. Nowadays, the boss expects you to know how to do more and more things, but your salary doesn't increase along with it. As this situation keeps accumulating, everyone can only quit after working there for a short time.

A “good coworker” came forward to defend the company earlier, and I think that's great~ It's just that the post mentioned asking other coworkers to provide evidence. I'd actually like to see what there is in this place that could be produced as evidence. I'm also quite curious about the boss's private messages, hehe.

The employee turnover rate is high. I think it has something to do with the industry, but the company's system definitely has something to do with it too—and, in my opinion, no small amount~

That's all~
