This company somehow manages to pass every labor inspection—it must be pretty impressive.
1. You have to use your own holiday time to participate in public and private educational training.
2. You have to use your own holiday time to attend the company's monthly meetings.
3. Being one minute late will absolutely result in a pay deduction; overtime of 30 minutes or less is not paid.
4. Any losses of in-store merchandise (including theft, inventory discrepancies, and so on) will be compensated for using employees' performance bonuses.
5. Employees are required to provide unpaid support for company events on their holidays.
