Colleagues are easy to get along with.

The chairs are uncomfortable. Could you buy new ones for everyone? Everyone sometimes has to work more than 10 hours a day.

The company is very unfriendly toward employees who work overtime: there is no overtime pay, and no meal is provided (those who do not work overtime would not know, and of course would not care).

Could the snack allowance limit be increased? It is difficult to buy something tasty with 40 NTD, and if the cost exceeds that amount, we have to pay the difference ourselves (isn't this a foreign company? Don't be so stingy).

Other benefits could also be improved. Although there is a billiards table and a foosball table, hardly anyone uses them (everyone is probably very busy). Transferring money directly into employees' accounts for their birthdays would be more straightforward. A foreign company should offer the benefits expected of a foreign company. The benefits are not very good when there are few employees, and I believe they will not improve much even if the company grows. Everyone can see whether the company is growing; if it is growing, it is unreasonable for the benefits not to increase as well.

The MVP award has been given out many times, but the same few people are always selected. Other people work hard too, so why not use that money for employee benefits instead?

The company can save on "costs" (such as utilities), but please do not cut "benefits." Better benefits would help retain more people.
