Pros
The colleagues at the company are friendly and communicate well; everyone helps each other when there are problems.
The manager is open to hearing different ideas, so anything that can be discussed can be brought up.
In terms of technology, besides what is already in use, the company also tries to introduce new technologies, so there are many things to get exposure to.
There are English classes, Tuesday snacks, and badminton sports activities.
Cons
The English classes are somewhat like the teaching style of a cram school.
