A terrible company that is very fond of deducting money from employees’ pay. On typhoon days off, they deduct two days: one day’s pay for not coming to work that day, and they also deduct an additional day of annual leave. They often check the dashcam recordings in delivery trucks; if any violations within the airport are discovered, the employee will be summoned for questioning and required to fill out an interview form. Each interview form incurs a deduction of at least NT$3,000. If you receive a demerit, your performance points every three months will be scored very low (which means your bonus will be deducted). This is a company that really likes deducting money from employees, so you absolutely should not work there. Also, the performance points are graded arbitrarily: their own people get very high scores, while those who are not part of their circle get very low scores. When something goes wrong, the consequences are terrible. A terrible company.
