Pros
Colleagues are friendly and get along well.
The holiday decorations are pretty good.
You can wear headphones at work.
If you perform well, there is a quarterly bonus available (although it is sometimes delayed).
The supervisors are fairly approachable and communicative.
Cons
Working hours end relatively late.
There are no OA partitions!
