2: The boss does not know how to value talent.
(EX: They magnify employees’ shortcomings while showing no regard for their strengths.)
(EX: Those in managerial positions are subjected to various unreasonable forms of targeting, forcing them to leave.)
3: Problems with the bonus system
(EX: Even when the monthly performance target is achieved, the bonus is canceled because of an unreasonable customer complaint; this is disproportionate.)
