I’m one of the co-founders who has been with the founder for a long time, and I genuinely feel that some of the comments above are overly exaggerated and defamatory—especially the personal attacks against Max, the founder. I really don’t know whether this is a competitor causing trouble or malicious attacks from certain employees.

You can criticize the bonus system for being frustrating, but it’s undeniable that Max really gives you all a great deal of freedom. I’ve seen certain colleagues spend two or three hours having lunch with afternoon tea, then come back, watch some videos, and only afterward start working. They even said this directly in front of Max during the year-end dinner, and Max didn’t react negatively at all; he continued to give everyone the same degree of freedom. Although Max is a fairly straightforward manager who doesn’t say much, he really does his best to create room for employees to perform. Hearing some of the comments above is truly baffling.

Recently, I’ve noticed that Taiwan’s young population is declining, and Taiwan’s economy as a whole is weakening. If the company doesn’t quickly expand into other opportunities, it may encounter problems in the future.
