The colleagues are nice
The boss always wears a sour expression and yells at employees.
I was transferred to another position for no reason, and when I asked to be transferred back, I was criticized for having too many opinions.
Employees have to clock in before staying for meetings, and they tell employees that one day of unauthorized absence will result in three days’ pay being deducted.
They will send employees for training to obtain professional certifications, but show no respect at all for employees who hold certifications.
As long as an employee’s approach (teaching method) differs from the boss’s, it must be changed to match the boss’s.
