Pros
1. The company's 7-Eleven is cheaper than those outside.
2. The company has a Starbucks, and you don't need to queue outside for buy-one-get-one-free promotions.
Cons
1. The company has no way to remove incompetent managers.
2. When reviewing staffing levels, it is almost always the frontline employees who are scrutinized.
