豐豫投資有限公司
Pros

The company is in a good location, close to the MRT station.

Cons

The company was formerly known as Qianxun International Co., Ltd. Someone previously shared their experience, which you can refer to in the article below. The situation really is more or less like that.

Additional information:

1. The company’s compensation and benefits are poor. No one can guarantee that you will definitely receive benefits during the three major holidays or an annual bonus, because usually no one stays for more than a year, so it is unclear whether these are provided every year. The leave system complies with the Labor Standards Act. Other than what I mentioned above, everything else listed on 104 is available only on paper and can basically be considered nonexistent.

2. The company has a very high turnover rate. Nearly 40 people left within three years, and there was once a period when 7 or 8 people left within a little over a month. Someone who has stayed for a year is already considered a very senior employee.

3. It is a small company with fewer than 10 employees, with no real systems or regulations. It is common for benefits to suddenly be introduced and then immediately cut.

4. The job responsibilities are very miscellaneous. For example, programmers may also have to conduct market research or do planning-related work, while employees responsible for planning may have to take on design or general affairs duties. In short, you often have to handle whatever the boss happens to think of.

5. The boss treats people very impolitely, yells at employees, uses extremely harsh language, and often makes sarcastic or insulting remarks.

6. Employees are required to bring their own computers, but there is no allowance or reimbursement.

7. The boss often makes grand promises, while work progress and objectives are unclear. It is difficult to get things done, yet you are constantly criticized, and the boss nitpicks over matters that could clearly be handled very simply.

8. The atmosphere at the company is strange, often with a palpable sense of pressure.
