Pros
The children’s English improves, and when the supervisor isn’t around, you can sneakily use your phone.
Cons
There is a shortage of staff and insufficient training. However, if your English is good, you can basically get up to speed quickly. Hopefully, you can observe more classes—the new teachers will learn faster!
