Colleagues can complain about the boss together

This boss is basically driven by an inferiority complex, which makes him want to throw his weight around in front of employees, but he is full of obvious flaws.

He keeps saying that the colleagues’ habit of regularly working overtime is terrible! The next day, he changes his tune and says that overtime at the company is inevitable and unavoidable. Every time a submission is about to be made, he makes major revisions at the last minute, forcing colleagues to work on holidays, and then ultimately says it is not important and does not review the work with employees.
